These are performed for employers on behalf of their employees to assist in with the relocation of the employee to a new city. In some cases the appraised value is used to help the employee set an appropriate asking price for their home but in many other cases our value estimate is used to determine the guaranteed price that the employer will offer the employee for their home if they are unable to sell it in the time allotted.
